To complete the booking process, we will need the customer name, address, Email id, and phone no. This data is used only for the purpose of identifying the customer, when he/she will come to collect the plants. As per the rules, set by the department, if the customer does not come to lift the plants within seven days from the date of booking, this data is permanenetly deleted from the database by the Application automatically. Also, no written or physical copy of this data is kept with the department. The Phone no and email id is used to communicate with the customer, till the time he/she completes the booking process. This data is not accessible by any third party.
